Sorry, but I'm not sure why that happened. Maybe unlevel hands due to a bump or something. I suggest getting the watch to the repairer or dealer.

Maybe you can try to find a Gshock 16-22 strap adapter; just make sure it fits the watch series that you're using.

@@ClaudioRossini-v3c Then what’s the point of having displays for date and day if I can’t see them properly. Or else don’t have them in the watch. I paid extra for these features
@@rajesh6353 Yes , I also mind that in so good level of technology , many details in Casio are not " logical ".
Battery can last to five years if no using light , that anyway daesn' t help much .Would be better having lume-paint on the hands .
